Big day for density and housing here in St. John’s. We approved the development of a new ten storey apartment building at 34 New Cove Rd, which is great news. It will be one of the tallest buildings in the city. I never thought we would get here but here we are!

my friend's mom has terminal cancer and they could really use some help with the bills, just boosting again. having cancer ain't cheap, which feels like an extra kick in the teeth on top of getting cancer to begin with
