Cleaned up a lot of cruft with portals to make them perform way better, especially when theres multiple close by/in view. Not perfect but theyre useable! last thing to work in is to get audio to 'flow' through them.

Using Blender Geometry Nodes to make some procedural netting with some stylistic flare to it. 🥅 I can move around the corners, and control the resolution, wire thickness, pinch, noise, and bevel. Very happy with the results!

I sometimes have to restrain my inner tech artist so as not to undermine the established art direction. It's hard, because I'm stumbling on all these neat tricks, but I end up having to cut/diminish them. That said, proud of this ice effect, and I think I'll keep it!

vertical movement canceling dash is the way to go. it's abuseable, but does require you to touch flat ground every so often to use it.

I have a few more old videos. They were too long to post before.

This is from early in the port process. Godot was still new to me. I was using a 9 year old PC that kept running out of VRAM. Only the test room existed, but most features were working.
