I'm about to transition from netball player to coach.
I have the experience of playing for many, many years, it'll be the management of a group women (and their politics) that'll do my head in. Very excited to pass my knowledge on whilst i rehab my knee.

Shattered.
Landed heavily on my right knee at netball almost 6 weeks ago. Rehab wasn't progressing as well as hoped. Had MRI Tuesday, but jogged Monday. Hurt my back coz i was limping. Saw the Chiro for my back yesterday.
She was able to find my MRI report - bone contusions and grade 3 ACL tear 😭
Landed heavily on my right knee at netball almost 6 weeks ago. Rehab wasn't progressing as well as hoped. Had MRI Tuesday, but jogged Monday. Hurt my back coz i was limping. Saw the Chiro for my back yesterday.

Hey @albomp.bsky.social, just an idea.... if the orange clown continues to push for us to increase defence spending, you could always tell them that we'll have to increase the price of iron ore we sell to the US to fund it

A couple of the older fellas i have pre-work coffee with decided to get worked up over local council politics. They do it often. Usually i'd raise my voice and tell them to calm down.

Lasted all but 3 months off immunosuppressants (after being on them for the past 8 years)..... off for Rituximab infusions to stop this beast from fully flaring

Ah... man.... hubby's come home in a salt crisis...
Working on too many hot days in a row and not replenishing all salts (he's got CF, post transplant).
I'm just trying to get as much into him as he can tolerate before i make the call to take him to hospital. Made him eat a banana for his dinner
