After a very reassuring email from Horne, it's definitely all still on and he's offered to provide me with a quote rather than a foreword (which I suppose implies an endorsement).
So I guess I need to pull my finger out and finish putting this book together.

Itching to get started on Series 20 but I'm making myself wait until at least episode 5.
