Let the Republicans shut down the government - then call all the workers sitting at home around Washington to come to the national mall and stage a protest for responsible government.

Let Trump call out the national guard to beat up non violent protestors..

This is not a moment for acquience.
How about a hundred thousand people show up in DC and throw bread into the white house lawn- to draw attention to the US starvation policy in Gaza.

I imagine the birds would feast and shit all over the place.

Zionism is the only ideology where stealing land, bombing hospitals, sniping civilians, and burning children alive is called "self-defense" - but throwing a rock at a tank is "terrorism."

Every single western pundit, politician, person on this site, pro Israel group, who mindlessly chanted for 18 months, ‘if Hamas released the hostages the war would be over’… should hang their heads in shame, & spend the rest of their lives apologizing, especially for being played by Netanyahu!

More than 50,000 people in Gaza are dead. 114,000 have been wounded — two-thirds of whom are women & children. The entire infrastructure has been destroyed.

Much of that devastation has been done with bombs that the U.S. supplied to the Netanyahu war machine. We are complicit.

77% of Democrats at 63% of all Americans want the United States to stop arming Netanyahu. Yet, 85% of Senators just voted to send $8.5B more in arms to Netanyahu, the week after he breaks the ceasefire and kills 500+ more Palestinian civilians.

You can't stop fascism at home when you fund it abroad
Only 15 US Senators had the integrity to vote NO on sending more bombs to Netanyahu. Meanwhile, 32 Dems voted with MAGA Republicans to keep funding genocide and war crimes.

Here are their names. Make sure they hear your condemnations of their barbarity.

Not to be weird but aspects of the neoliberal project, that’s been built and supported by the Democratic Party, have eradicated many of the mechanisms by which the people are able to form and exert political pressure. And this was on purpose. And now we’re screwed.

A worker making $50,000 a year contributes to Social Security with 100% of their income.

A CEO making $20 million a year contributes to Social Security with less than 1% of their income.

Who agrees it’s time to scrap the cap?

Ending citizens abilities to access their benefits is exactly the point. Making the system so difficult to navigate that people give up or fall through the cracks.

This is life or death for millions of people, and they are just pushing forward to crash everything.
How is this crazy? More than 40% of the calls everyone in America gets are frauds and scams. Why would social security be different?

Cracking down on scammers would require prosecuting them and finding enforcement and overcoming the objection of special interests so it hasn’t happened.

The right hates everyone - their politics are fear based - which sours to hatred. Deep down, they hate themselves. When the American dream was pulled out of reach for so many, they got scared, then angry, then hateful.

But deep down, they feel like failures - never realizing the game was rigged.
