We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.

Just reiterating Bricky's very well-put commentary: there is truly no better case to be made against the AI bubble and the current use of GenAI than BO7.

I watched 10 minutes of the stream before I had to bail from frustration, and this man died before our eyes over the next few hours. Utter slop.
Black Ops 7 is a failure to be celebrated.

It is the vanguard of the worst possible iteration of the game's industry and I pray its abject failure staves off a disastrous second half of the decade.

Devs and players alike benefit from this game's poor sales.

Decades of Twitter have made children terse with their jokes, mindful of character count limits. They no longer laboriously say "Why was six afraid of seven?". They quickly convey the important parts, "six seven".

I thought the whole point of genAI that these techbros keep spouting was to "drive down the costs so ordinary people could make art" but this garbage still cost $30mil? lol
OpenAI confirms they're helping make an AI-generated movie called 'Critterz'

• Goal is to finish production in 9 months
• Budget is ~$30M
• Plan is to debut the film at Canne
• 'Paddington 3' writers penned the script
• Art will be fed into Chat GPT 5 and other image models
