So Mexico agreed to"rush" 10,000 National Guard troops to the northern border. According to an article I read, there have been 15000 troops stationed there since 2019. news.cgtn.com/news/2019-06.... so President Sheinbaum could WITHDRAW 5000 troops and meet the conditions of this "agreement."
