I’m tired of elimination competition shows. Cooking. Glass blowing. Fashion. Whatever. Start with a smaller group and keep them all for the whole season. Watch the ok ones improve. Watch the good ones get great. Give them a ranking for each challenge but only reveal the winner.Final score at the end

The article clearly attributes the COVID protocols, not the COVID virus. “Scientists have concluded that widespread physical distancing and masking practiced during the early days of COVID-19 appear to have pushed B/Yamagata into oblivion.”
NPR is once again publishing irresponsible misleading garbage.

An entire strain of the flu was not eliminated "thanks to covid" it was eliminated because everyone collectively masked and took measures that halted the spread of airborne disease
