Europe doesn't need any more wake-up calls.

It's awake. It's just very comfortable in its warm bed and procrastinating on getting up in the hopes something turns up to magically take care of all the chores it knows it should be getting on with.

Whose land? Tax avoidance and the broken economics of British farming
Noise in the billionaire press about inheritance tax changes hides a basic fact: the non-farming rich own too much land

Imagine spending all that time wanging on about sovereignty, only to be prepared to sacrifice it on the altar of Trump and Musk. Kidding yourself they’ll give us special treatment while they actively try to undermine our govt and stir up social tension here.
Such dangerous stupidity.

29 in total!

“What will independence be like?” was skipped, presumably because “horribly painful” was considered an unhelpful answer.

The protestors want to call it "the tractor tax" because calling it "the inheritance tax protest" would turn off public opinion.

The tractors coming into London today, in fact, pay no road tax, no congestion charge, and no ULEZ.

Exempt from all.
