Once again, the Supreme Court has used its shadow/“emergency” docket to overturn an injunction, in this case an injunction against ICE racial profiling in Los Angeles County. This time there is a concurring opinion, which is revealing. (Thread)

It's been a rough winter to be a snow enthusiast in Omaha, Nebraska.

The season to date total is only 1.0" of snow -- meaning if you're in Omaha, almost the entire country got more snow than you did so far this winter.

Trump and the right have entire “news” networks pumping out propaganda and disinformation on their behalf. The left has nothing even close to that.

No wonder so many people think January 6 was no big deal. Must be nice to live unburdened by facts, reality or accountability!
