CJ Roberts has stayed court order to return Md man erroneously deported, but his quick deadline for gov brief shows sense of urgency. Gov argument under Art II here is nonsense. I think it's highly likely SCOTUS orders his return. If not, then all is lost. www.nytimes.com/2025/04/07/u...
