I lived most of my life in Mpls. The response of the death of George Floyd was due to decades of unjust police killings, brutality and harassment by the Mpls police.

I’m so proud that everyone there is finally taking a stand. We are our brothers & sisters keepers. ✊🏾

Because no one cares when POC die at the hands of law enforcement officers. This has been happening since the police were slave catchers. It’s disheartening that it has taken this long for some Americans to get it. Say their names.

It sounds like the plaintiff’s cited weak case law to support their argument.The judge’s job is to weigh the evidence and apply it to case law, then make a ruling. Judges don’t get to decide cases any way they want to.
