Oil and gas companies receive enormous tax breaks in the U.S.

A @factcoalition.bsky.social report found that 11 of these companies are paying 5x more income tax to foreign governments.

And under the new Trump tax law, oil-industry tax avoidance could get worse.

@amyklobuchar.com voted for most of the Trump monsters to show that she’s “bipartisan.” Thanks Amy, great job!
The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email
