A recolour of Charming Man from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 9 The Jojolands disguised as Paco. He's coloured as shades of blue with cold greys breaking off of him with warm colours making up his hair and clothing. The sand particles cracking off are tinted with red, and his eyes are a piercing Gold and Hot Pink. I promise Deltarune had no part in that colouration it just happened. On the side, the stand's name, Bigmouth Strikes Again, is slanted to match the bordering of the panel.
