about 5 minutes ago my resting heart rate was at 69bpm and this made me so happy but when i laughed it raised to like 87bpm
while trying to convince my sister that i am not experience health anxiety i told her that the numbers on my blood oximeter are a bunch of different colours and if i unfocus my eyes it feels like adult cocomelon. and she might think i am entirely insane now?

A friendly reminder this Labor Day that unions didn’t win weekends and the minimum wage and laws against child labor and sick leave by being nice, polite, or respectful. They won by fighting. They won by striking and struggling and being radicals. And we have to do the same.
