Still wondering about it. For me it's not even close at this point.
Genuine question: Can someone who has used Remix or TanStack before explain if/why they'd prefer Next? I really don’t get the appeal. I must be missing something.

I really dislike conspiracy theories, but one has to wonder if Putin has some kind of hold over Trump, cause it doesn’t make any sense for him or the US to side with Russia.

I hear this again and again and again from CTOs, CIOs, etc. They're all testing AI copilots/agents/chatbots. But no evidence they boost productivity enough to justify the enormous cost. Many are just developing their own chatbots using open-source AI models for very specific tasks.
WSJ: “.. Seventy-five percent of summit attendees polled said they believe AI is currently driving a small amount of value for their investments, but not enough.

My latest piece for Foreign Policy, adapted from my book, argues that by avoiding any semblance of preparation for the eventuality of war, Germany has stripped itself of the ability to deter one. This makes war in Europe more likely, not less. foreignpolicy.com/2025/01/24/g...
Don’t Talk About the War
The German political establishment has no idea what war looks like today—and doesn’t want to know.

I want to start an Expo / #ReactNative mobile app that stores offline data and pulls about 500.000 records from our database. Are there any good reads about optimizing the initial data sync? Multiple parallel requests? One big payload? ...? #javascript #nodejs #mobiledev
