This has got to be one of the biggest policies that a community coalition has ever pulled through an unsupportive Seattle city government. Usually when policies are this popular, city electeds take them on rather than requiring all these initiatives.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how important cultivating community is, especially right now. Would anyone in the greater Seattle area be interesting in a group (maybe on Discord, open to other suggestions) to discuss mutual aid, organizing, no-buy exchanges, etc?
