Five hours later, smoked rib tips came out pretty good. Firm with bite, not fall off the bone, which is how I prefer. Flavor wise, sort of a mix between Kansas City and Chinese carryout wing tips. I wouldn't kick these out of bed, but my tastes are pretty neanderthal. 🍽️
