School board members in N. Little Rock should really talk to their colleagues in Conway about the folly of plunging into anti-LGBTQ culture wars -- some of whom ended up losing their seats due to the turmoil they created. And NLR has more people likely to raise hell.

There are certainly more MAHA concerns. Even when papers exist, some claims are not supported: "analysis found industry spent >$60 billion on nutrition science"? Paper exists, but the data do not.

Good luck sifting through - maybe this is why they won't publish in Nature, Science, NEJM or Lancet. 🧪
