Twitter accounts are based in Russia. BlueSky accounts are based in homes with, frankly, too many books, plants, obsolete cables, and pieces of rustic pottery, that could do with a bit of a tidying up, to be honest.

So utterly outrageous.
VIDEO: Here is the Regime treating a duly elected U.S. Senator like a farm animal because he had the temerity to ask questions of Kristi Noem.

Fascism is here. The jackboot of Big Government is pressing down on all our faces, and the only question is what we do next.
New footage: Padilla thrown to floor and cuffed at Kristi Noem presser

I want politics to be about a better everyday life.

Here's what that can look like:

A YES on cloture is a YES for the bill.

Do not let anyone play games with you.

Democrats: what you need to all be saying, with a single voice, is "The United States government is in crisis, and our political and economic system may collapse, because Donald Trump is trying to throw out the Constitution and make himself a dictator."

It would be hard to overstate how much the 16-year-old me was amazed by and obsessed with Twin Peaks when it came out. Rest in weirdness #lynch

These are the days all we hoarders live for!
Guys, yesterday, I needed a cord I’ve been holding onto for 10 years.

IT WAS ALL WORTH IT.

'Tis the season to live the truth of this quote from Jane Eyre:

"It was Christmas week: we took to no settled employment, but spent it in a sort of merry domestic dissipation."

My family’s first computer was a Commodore Vic 20. For a monitor, we used a small black and white TV, and instead of a floppy disk drive, it had something you put cassette tapes into. We had great times on that thing, and especially on the C64 that replaced it.

Why are In N Out burgers so good, while their fries are so bad?

I’ve been in Cali for over 25 years (after growing up in Mich.), but I am still amazed to live somewhere I can spend a sunny afternoon in Dec. gardening. Granted if I were still in the Midwest, I wouldn’t have to deal with so many weeds sprouting up this time of year. 🌱

This is how I feel about olives!
This seems like a safe space so let me just say: I don't like brussels sprouts. Don't like them at all. I've tried them roasted, I've tried them shredded in a salad. I haven't tried them deep fried...

Just can't stand them.

I worked at a Blockbuster video in the early 90s. It was not uncommon for folks to call us and ask us “what was the movie [actor] was in?” Or “who was the guy in [movie]”? And we had a giant book we could look it up in. That was our IMDb.
One day in the 11th grade, a friend and I were sitting in the cafeteria, desperately trying to recall the name of the creatures from Land of the Lost. A year later, in the middle of a class, he spun around, pointed at me, and said, “SLEESTAKS.” This was our Google in the 80s.

How is it that each successive appointment announcement is worse than the last? It’s like there is the world’s most awful game of double dare is happening right now. I keep thinking, well that’s gonna be the worst of them, and then…..

Now the curse one pays for the boon of a 3-day weekend: trying to cram 5 days worth of work into 4, while also being slightly unsure of what day it is.
