I don’t get the allure of reaction videos. It’s like someone talking during the entire movie. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The most important thing in writing is to finish. A finished thing can be fixed. A finished thing can be published. A finished thing can be made into a movie.

An unfinished thing is just a dream. And dreams fade if you don't hold on tight enough.

So finish the thing.

So Target got real comfy thinking us millennial moms won’t take our basic girl bits to Costco & Aldi after they cut DEI programs to satisfy the new administration.

Big mistake. Huge.

I started dreaming a poem the other night, during full sleep. It’s the second time I’ve dreamed a poem, carefully, critically in my mind while seeing the images and punctuation. It’s in these times I know I’m meant to be a writer. The creative on one shoulder, editor on the other.

Hi #booksky, I recently finished The Maid by Nita Prose. I loved the neurodivergent MC, but ultimately felt challenged by the ending. Anyone else read this recently?
⭐️⭐️ stars out of 5 for me.

Trying not to be on social media today? Here are 3 tips:

1. Hide the social apps. Just grouping them and moving them 2 swipes back helps!

2. Download a podcast, an ebook or audiobook and move them where the social apps were.

3. Wanna doom scroll? Use notepad to journal instead.
