The easiest thing in the world you can do both IRL & online is just to be kind to people. You never know what someone else is dealing with in their day to day lives nor do you know how they’re handling that in of itself so please please be kind. That goes such a long way in life & helps everyone. 💖💖

When I speak with other clinicians I'm reminded why I can't be the diplomatic or apologetic trans in the room.
Partially I don't have the temperament. But also, anti-queer bias (overt & internalized) is strong enough without me yielding my space to it.
