Don’t bring your wolf to a coffee shop
Pad Thai for dinner tonight. This dish was my white whale for quite a while. It comes together so fast you HAVE to have everything prepped before you start. Tamarind sauce and fish sauce are key ingredients. Par cooking the noodles in a shallow pan with boiling water helps too. #homecook #bbqmunity

New Japanese Curry technique. Caramelize the onions before bringing everything together. Warning: this takes a LONG time. I was cooking them for 45 minutes and still didn’t get them down to where I wanted them. #BBQmmunity

If you tell me something starts at 9:30 I will be there at 9:20. If you tell me to arrive at 9:30 I will arrive at 9:30 (depending on parking etc). I may be late and I’m really sorry about that but it’s the way I am sometimes 😬
