I wish there was any recognition in US politics that the ONLY time in history — ever in all of history! — NATO has actually activated Article 5 mutual defense was to help the US after 9/11 — and then NATO fought with us for 20 yrs in Afghanistan. We have been the biggest beneficiary of NATO blood.
