Including eggs. Which reached an all time high last week: $4.95 per dozen. USDA says that will go up another 40% this year. I can't believe he lied.
Good morning from the United States of America, where thanks to a plurality of our dumbest citizens, the “price of eggs” felon they voted for has just made everything we buy much, much more expensive.

The House votes today on whether to cut kids off from health care. @campaign4kids.bsky.social and our fellow advocates have been pushing lawmakers to vote a big, fat "NO." More here campaignforchildren.org/news/vote-no...

Children need your help NOW!

Hours after Trump promised not to cut Medicaid, he supported the House budget proposal, which cuts Medicaid by as much as $880 billion and threaten the health of over 40% of children in this country.

Please demand that Congress protect the health of children.

Wondering if/when this goes to SCOTUS. That seems to be the ultimate plan...
If not for 4 federal judges who ruled Trump’s Executive Order to gut birthright citizenship to be unconstitutional, EVERY BABY in the U.S. would have been born in legal limbo.

Nobody knows the rules, forms, bureaucrats, or process needed.

It would have been an absolute unconstitutional disaster.

Must read from @brucelesley.bsky.social re: Medicaid cuts and the calculated effort to make them at the expense of children, who cannot, of course, advocate for themselves.
The House proposed $880 billion in cuts to Medicaid today. If past is prologue, children will absorb the brunt of these proposed cuts. (1)
