Each year, I forget to cram for my Wrapped starting in November, foolishly forgetting that December is not an actual month of the year.

Tis the season to replace the "na na na na" part of popular songs with "fa la la la".

Female cardinals are yellowish-orange.
Christmas decorations with two red cardinals are a statement that Love is Love. ❤️💖🧡💛💚💙💜

Going to try #MusicAdvent again this year.

While Aviations has recently announced they've disbanded, their 2023 album Luminaria is one of my favorites from the past 5 years.

This would be my choice as well. An average of 4 film roles each year since 1990!
Samuel L. Jackson. The man basically is the last 30-odd years of movies.
This is a Bill Simmons game, but you’re stranded on a desert island. You can only have one actor’s filmography. You get it all, including cameos. But just the one performer.

I’m taking Cate Blanchett: Talented Mr. Ripley, LOTR, Life Aquatic, Black Bag, Tár, Ponyo, Hot Fuzz, Eyes Wide Shut, Thor

I'm overdue for an 'Out of Sight' rewatch.
Revisiting Out of Sight paying special attention to Cheadle's Maurice "Snoop" Miller ...the cold void of emotion in his eyes that appears out over the warmth of his smile..with the films overall tone and Cheadles performance its easy to forget Snoop is the most dangerous person in this film..

I am thankful for:
- Well-groomed running trails, with enough vert to keep me honest, close by my house.
- The ability to layer up and go for a run on a cold and windy morning.
- Pi and my family and the running community for conversation, support, and shared adventures.
- Pie and deviled eggs.

and marching in parade formation is The Worst part of marching band
i used to think the marching bands were boring as a kid but they are the last lingering scraps of genuine human talent and soul this thing has now other than the brave balloon handlers

We finished S1 of 'Treme' last night. What a powerful show that just keeps feeling more human and realistic.

Some things get better,
some things get worse,
some things end
and others rebuilt,
but mostly,
things just go on.

New rule: if you're going to complain about headphone jacks disappearing you need to specify whether you mean 3.5 mm or 6.35 mm, and if what you're nostalgic for is a TS or a TRS or a TRRS or a TRRRS, and then when you're finished, explain how they're different from RCA connectors.

Not only do I like to read poetry, but I actually write poetry! (My poems are terrible, but I don't care!)
Question 6:
Do you like poetry or are you normal and think the vast majority of poems suck donkey balls but like 10-20 are deeply profound and beautiful?

A goat was behind a movie studio eating some old film from the trash bin and said aloud, "Hey! This is pretty good!"

And then some rando from the internet appeared and said, "Well actually, the book is better!"
Honestly, I find it kind of weird to reply to a post about how much someone likes a TV show or movie with "the book was better."
1st of all, no duh, that's true like 99% of the time and doesn't need to be stated.
2nd of all, you're jumping in to denigrate the thing I JUST said I liked. Nice, thanks?
