It was a pretty bland year for me. I did manage to sprinkle a few MAXIFS and MINIFS in with the usual AVERAGEIFS.
And I used the "fill a pie" conditional formatting on some action item logs to show completion status.

My Subaru did fine on cleaner snow areas, but on the slush, the tire treads became compacted, and I was slipping with everyone else.

I was considering if there were a Tool song for my list, but none quite made the cut. My preference is "Vicarious" then "Intolerance" then "Stinkfist". Tori Amos is hard for me because I like so many songs that aren't track 1.
