So this morning, one of my bird feeders was broken, so I dumped the remaining seed into a bin and stepped out to the garage to get a replacement for it (because of course I have one).
And I was gone for like three minutes max, but look who got there in the interim! Guess that’s his seed now

Hawk stayed around for several minutes, just checking things out, and I thought: I would feed you if I had anything that I thought you would eat. He wasn’t much interested in the seed. I didn’t have any mice or anything handy

Okay this is a visually cluttered shot, and that bothers me artistically, but look at the HAWK I found just hanging out on my rail, while this SQUIRREL is just like ho hum I’m not scared, where’s the food, lady?
