2025 is nearly fully booked! I’ve got some availability at the end of December still, but not much, so schedule soon before the year ends! Or we can schedule ahead for appointments in 2026.

Today is a Botox day. It almost always makes me feel shitty all day long, but it helps reduce my chronic migraine so much for the roughly 3 months it’s effective. It just means I plan a rest day every time I get my little neurotoxin injections
