I really think at its heart philosophy is one giant battle, taking place over many eras and nations, between people who are basically pleasant bureaucrats and people who are sexy murder poets, and it’s both super important and super boring that the pleasant bureaucrats must win.

Warlocks are the Crypto guys of spell casting. They 100% are a Trump voting demographic as well.
While I’m picking fights over DnD 2024 might as well get this out of my system too: The emphasis on knowledge being the warlock’s thing is dumb. That is the wizard’s thing. If you are a warlock, you definitionally took a shortcut because you lacked the wizard’s high IQ and the sorcerer’s good genes.
