Just came back from Las Vegas yesterday. Gas at most stations was over $4.00/gallon. Hard to argue that's close to $2.00.
Theory: the President mistakes his ability to convince people that something is happening when it isn't (ie, "migrant crime wave") for an ability to convince them that something that is happening, isn't.
Trump: "I don't want to hear about the affordability, because right now we're much less. If you look at energy, we're getting close to $2 a gallon gasoline."

Just came back from Las Vegas yesterday. Gas at most stations was over $4.00/gallon. Hard to argue that's close to $2.00.
Just back from a 4 day trip Boston to Las Vegas involving connections in Dallas on the way out and Chicago on the way back. Amazed and thankful that we and our checked luggage made both connections and all flights were more or less on time. Feeling fortunate that our travels ended yesterday I guess.

Argh. I needed a replacement part for a kitchen appliance, and ordered it from Walmart to avoid supporting Bezos. Only after did I think to look up Walmart, and found that their management appears to be even worse.
