We walked an hour in Puyallup, WA to go to the cat café and then a sphynx named Fluff purred and cuddled on me for 45 minutes. Part of the walk didn’t have sidewalks, and the rest of the walk was along a loud stroad, but it was worth it. Very sweet cat. We’ll take the bus back to the hotel.

Here is the latest of the culprit, who has been struggling with upper respiratory symptoms caused by stress. He’s on an Rx biome/stress food and an Rx probiotic and is slowly getting better, but I’m already over wiping cat boogies off my mirrors/furniture/blankets/etc. it’s not his fault though 🥺

I am in my ✨romanticizing not spending money✨ era (which hopefully lasts years), with an exception for the stupid amount I owe to UMN for my part time grad tuition because of the tuition hike. 🙄 Oh, and for my cat’s prescription food. 🐈⬛

The Oak & 4th bus stop at UMN has the old schedule up for the 21, a bus that doesn’t exist anymore and never stopped here. I actually don’t mind if they leave it up, it’s a nice little tribute.

Afton State Park this morning. Many thanks to the (brand new! <200 mi!) Toyota Corolla HourCar that got me here! It doesn’t have a State Parks pass on it, so I had to buy a day pass, but hopefully they get one on it soon. So grateful for HourCar!! Would be a nightmare getting here otherwise.
