Unfortunately he is right. Europe and Canada have been free riding in NATO with minor exceptions like Poland. Europe needs to urgently get serious on defence

This is Mrs Valentyna, 76 years old. She was blocked by concrete slabs in a residential building in Sumy after a Russian strike on January 30. She kept crying, "Kolia!" Rescuers managed to save her and get her to the hospital, but yesterday she died - her injuries were too severe.
