I went and got my thumb/wrist checked out yesterday and I do have a tendon issue, the exact one I suspected so validation! Now I've got a better brace for work and a dosepak to take so let's hope that it works!

I understand the concern and alarm at the news that a US citizen was detained in an ICE raid, but let's keep some perspective
It shouldn't take that happening for you to care about these raids or even have them on your radar.

Whenever I go for a long period of time forgetting I have weak wrists, the Universe likes to remind they are still a disaster. I knew pushing a heavy ass cart around for 12 hours would be killer on my knees but I didn't think it would hurt my wrists too....

I nearly hit a buck head on tonight, on my way home from work. Still ended up giving him a tap in the legs and got a scratch, I think on my car. I'll take it given the other alternatives.
