Why do we give any credit to what these two "Justices" say? I get that what they say impacts the law but we don't need to treat what they say as anything more than we do 47.

A federal appeals court on Saturday ruled that National Guard troops could remain in Illinois under federal control. But the appeals court left in place, for now, a ruling by a district court judge on Thursday that bars those troops from being deployed into the streets.

I think it is hilarious that Hegseth is upset about readiness and yet he can't do pull ups. I truly believe in the principle of leading by example but that seems to be the opposite of the current administration.

Being in law school right now is so interesting and frustrating at the same time. You have to learn about procedures and rules that used to be standard. But also understand that the current administration is doing things that don't conform to these standards.

This is true at all levels of education. Student progressive groups are growing at an amazing rate. I absolutely love seeing it.
