"And here I sit so patiently
Waiting to find out what price
You have to pay to get out of
Going through all these things twice"

Opinions are my own.
This is the same rhetoric Buttigieg ran on in 2020. This is why he lost in 2020.

We as a profession have tried all your ideas already! The reason we aren't using them is not that "corporations" are evil, it's because they very simply do not fucking work.

BlueSky/ATProto has introduced new user-driven moderation tools and in practice these too have been just as susceptible to abuse as for good faith uses. If the site was capable of governing itself without traditional content management then BlockLists and labeling would've been all that's needed

Trump has to remain able to at least bluff that he can make a head roll on demand and he can't make MTG's head roll

People forget that he lost the nomination in 2020 not because of some conspiracy but that he ran as a Republican in the Democratic primary and nobody was buying that at the time

What? But crypto investors have proven to be such a sensible lot. Only one so far’s been found chopped to pieces by South American mafia and shoved into luggage

Especially that complex. Hopkins (partially?) owns it and tries to attract businesses for their students. Cut some slack on the rent and build up the neighborhood

They're probably right that Epstein won't flip many Republicans to become Democrats, but it sure as shit will make some number of those Republicans reluctant to show up on Election Day. Perhaps enough to flip some races.

That's fine by me!

Once again, good job, Qanon. The best way to smuggle a prolific pedo into higher office is to build a cult that projects his sins onto all his opponents.

The Charles Village one had really strong chain restaurant vibes. It would've done better with a unique personality and more custom menu.

That whole complex apparently has crazy high rents. Nothing ever lasts

The Biden admin understood #2. Their approach was all-in: invest in everything: clean, fossil, anything in between. Hope that the rising tide lifting all boats would mollify the green energy critics. But yeah it really looks like actual support of climate was never there even amongst their own.

Begs asking how committed they ever were to climate change. Most projects seemed mired in the usual morass of NIMBYism and permitting even before Trump v2, pushing against that takes courage and determination. Most of these moderates were fine to just talk about the issue
