Exiting a Tesla Model X that has gone into water that is too deep and so immediately lost power (and in at least one documented case also caught fire) requires the car's occupant, without guidance from any visible indicators, to partially disassemble the door and pull an unlabeled wire.

Anyway, please eradicate from your climate lexicon the idea that India and China are intractable problems in the climate sphere. Both of them are rapidly installing renewable energy--and it makes sense because they are both a lot more vulnerable to climate impacts.
