Could setup comprehensive all day public transport in every town and city and offer residents subsided season tickets for a lot less than this and far better social and economic outcomes!

Really appreciate the thought that went into addressing issues like offset intersections. There's a corridor in my city that has a bunch of them (and is super dangerous) and now I have some guidance for improving them
