Apparently it’s a crime to remind military members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders (something that it is ingrained in basic) and the pentagon can recall you into the service to discipline you. However, the pentagon will not prosecute you for dodging the draft five times.

It's funny how my Congress Critter can speak out forcefully now that he's decided not to run for re-election. Honestly, Bacon has been a supporter of Ukraine through their entire ordeal. He hadn't been very vocal about it, just said enough to indicate his position and not enough to sway others.
