Annex 1 details the Essential Cybersecurity Requirements, which are the base minimum requirements for all software or hardware products with any kind of network connection put on the EU market after December 2024. Section F is highlighted and reads: "protect the availability of essential functions, including the resilience against and mitigation of denial of service attacks" What section F means is that any software or hardware product must be able to function in the phase of denial of service attacks or any other incident that could impact required network connectivity. Basically, your shit has to work without being able to call home

Now, some users are noticing CPU and power usage spikes caused by a background process called Inference. Ugh. Reminder again for Firefox users to visit your about:config page, search for the browser.ml.chat.enabled key, and set that to false: If yours says true then double-click it until it reads false. Doing that turns off the AI chatbot features in Firefox, but also the stupid new LLM tab-naming feature that's rolling out

Vejlevej er 8km lang. Den starter i Kolding midtby og går hele vejen ud til Almind nord for Kolding. Forbi storcenter og flere industriområder.

Om jeg har set en A6? Ja masser. Det vrimler med dem. Men uden tid og mere specifik lokation, så aner jeg det sgu da ikke.

In what Universe is this a helpful error message?

XML log file produced by Excel after opening a workbook that allegedly contains a formula error. The error details simply note: "Removed Records: Shared formula from /xl/worksheets/sheet4.xml part". An error message so unhelpful that it might as well never have been shown to an end user.

Og hvad så? Det sker tusindvis af gange om dagen, at folk kontakter forhandlere og producenter og finder en mindelig løsning.

Det skinner nogle gange igennem, at nogle journalister hos DR ikke rigtigt har noget livserfaring. Eller bare generel erfaring med "udenfor".

I wish MS would move towards elevating for functions rather than the all or nothing approach. It really doesn't matter how you go about elevating or how secure you assert it is - you are still in a all-or-nothing situation as a user.
