Brasilien hat den Fonds heute offiziell gestartet und mit 1 Milliarde US-Dollar ausgestattet. Deutschland scheint sich auch beteiligen zu wollen. Laut Gerüchten mit etwa 1 Milliarde, aber noch steht dazu nichts fest.
