this is a one page rpg entitled regime change super soldiers. You are state-engineered super-soldiers from a morally impeccable foreign power. You have been deployed to the world’s largest rogue state, the United States of America, to perform a humanitarian extraction of the President, who must be taken alive to face criminal charges back home. Players: Create a Character. They should have a bombastic name, an absurdly strong power and an ideological justification. Example Names: The Human Shield, Johnny Nukes, Project Necessary Evil, Marshal Democracy Example Powers: Can punch holes into the future, can fire precision strikes that hit everything within three miles, can instantly declare anything a “military-aged male”, can reroute international supply chains instantly. You also have three STATS: POWER: raw force, explosions. AUTHORITY: legality, consensus. IMAGE: optics, media, vibes. Assign 3,2,1 to these stats. GM: Create the President. They are: extremely protected, constantly moving, definitely not resigning. Beyond that you can choose which real US President from the last two decades you pick. Change vibes/era of game to match. Pick which American city they start in. Performing Actions: Every action has two features: it is cool and media-worthy and it causes untold destruction.
