How civilized a country should be evaluated using how the rights of women and children are protected. A quick check on how many criminal and civil cases opened to protect women and children versus favoritable outcome could open our eyes. In fact we should have it for each state!

I flew down to south Texas today to do my job - investigate why people are dying in ICE detention centers.
