FYI Canadians don't have universal healthcare, it's propaganda both Canadians and Americans are told.
Most types of therapy (mental or physical), most medication, ambulances, dental, eye and ear care, tons of stuff is not covered in anyway.

In a new lawsuit filed against Trump by state AGs, a family with a trans kid shares she died by suicide last month citing fears Trump would deny her access to gender-affirming care. "Her parents have expressed fear...that what happened to their daughter does not happen to other children."

Does anyone know if there been any articles about the abysmal accessibility at Montreal concert venues? We (& several others) had to argue with the staff at Beanfield Theatre just to get chairs because they closed the balcony.

David Lynch gave us the language we needed to better articulate the indescribable strangeness of our shared reality. “Lynchian” is so overused because it’s a viscerally understandable word without any known synonyms. I can’t imagine a more beautiful artistic legacy than that.
