I grew up on a dirt road, and the nearest paved road was a 5 lane road that is a major road across the state. It was rough enough to ride or run on the near non-existent shoulder. There was no skating it.

I’ve never really been on a skateboard! I didn’t have a place to do that growing up, so I never learned.

I can’t say I’ve ever been on a snowboard 😢
Once upon a half a lifetime ago, I used to be pretty good on a wakeboard…that was 3 knee surgeries, 2 abdominal surgeries, 2 ruptured plantar fasciae, and at least 3 broken bones ago (probably more)…
