Reinstalling Debian was not on my list of things to do today, but here we are! I've tried out three different distros this week to try and get bleeding edge gstreamer, but always go back to Debian for its stability, so today I boot it up and the disk is in read only mode and can't fix it!

@plex.tv New Plex is unusable! Extremely laggy and completely unusable. I hope you're making adjustments. Some fundamental programming issues with it that decent programmers wouldn't cause!

Another self-defeating decision. VOA was never a match for the BBC World Service, but was a decent source nonetheless. Russia, China, Iran and others have invested heavily in this area. They will be happy.

In 1970 the UK and Norway were roughly equal, almost no debt, and owned all their Public Services.

I usually have a great idea that I'll have to wake up enough to pick up my phone and write it down.
I call these late night wake ups Pi O'clock.

Thousands of people standing outside in the freezing cold in #Basildon just to wave at tractors decked out in tinsel and lights? Nope, not for me. I’ll never understand the appeal of waving at random objects. Same goes for carnivals—why are people so excited to wave at things?
