I put an old plastic patio chair out by the alley for taking or bulk pickup. Instead, someone added another plastic patio chair. No. That's not how this works. A flagrant breaking of the Code of Alley Conduct. I know I live on Indianola and therefore not worthy of Clintonville but godammit.
