My family has belonged to Community Health Centre for years - it’s wonderful. Usually we see one of the Nurse Practitioners rather than a Dr. We have access to social workers, chiropodist, dietitian, nurse, lab techs too.

More investment in cross disciplinary healthcare practices please 🙏
