Thanks to @mbolden.bsky.social for moderating a fun discussion at #ISOJ25 today. My thesis: Journalists need to understand who feels neglected or misrepresented by their journalism AND who has trouble *hearing* their journalism because it seems to come from an unrelatable or unuseful place.
