NEW: DOJ says the ongoing dispute over Alina Habba is one about titles, not authority. What does that mean? And why is their fallback position more frightening for the rule of law than their insistence on keeping her as Acting U.S. Attorney? Read here:

Was former Trump lawyer Alina Habba ‘validly appointed’ to her DOJ post?
Whether or not she is legitimately serving as New Jersey’s U.S. attorney, DOJ’s fallback position is even more concerning.

This is surreal. 4 Oglala Lakota men kidnapped by ICE in Minneapolis have finally been located. One of them was released but the other 3 are being held at Fort Snelling, a former concentration camp used to imprison Native people incl. the Dakota 38 during Dakota Wars.

1/ Ciji Graham was the mother of 2-year-old SJ, a sister to 9 younger siblings, a beloved friend.

She's also the 7th case we’ve found of a pregnant woman in a state restricting abortion who died after being unable to access standard care.

This is her story.

Bondi on prosecutors who resigned after they were pressured to investigate Renee Good's widow: "We learned these people had been out there interviewing at liberal law firms prior to this. But I'll tell you what, from a personnel level they'd be an HR nightmare. So people better look into them."
Bondi: "What happened in Minnesota -- we had 6 prosecutors who suddenly decided they didn't want to support the men and women in ICE. One of them was busy doing a photo shoot with the New York Times while ICE was out there risking their lives ... breaking news tonight: I fired them all."

Europe is starting to mobilize to protect itself from the United States. All Trump needs to do is follow the Israel playbook like he did Venezuela: do the criminal thing, and even if at some point there's proceedings, ensure the crimes are permanent & entrenched enough that nobody can roll it back.

Preliminary info is shaky for now, hearing two people injured.

BORTAC just rolled up in an armored vehicle. A crowd is gathering outside the police tape—MPD presence as well.
